This means that you can bring all your data into one place to track your progress throughout the year. The platform is available as an app for both Apple and Andriod users and gives you the space to track your weight, sleep quality, body compositions and nutrition. Once set up, you can also add your own workouts to your personal calendar to keep track of every session you complete outside of our own.
