A LITTLE ABOUT OUR SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

Our programmes are designed to suit everyone. Whether you're new to the sport or an elite level athlete our programmes will suit you.  We keep things simple so, depending on which programme you choose will determine how much weekly mileage you cover and the intensity of your sessions. If the work isn't enough or too much we can easily switch you between the plans until you find one that fits your needs.

You will always start with a 7- Day free trial and there are no contracts or hidden fees. You can cancel at any time and there will be no hard feelings! 

Each plan is programmed to follow different cycles which will cover everything from general fitness to the baseline tests. Such as the 2000m.

Not only will you receive three workouts per week designed and written by founder, Matthew Tarrant but you will also gain access to the entire Beyond the Whiteboard platform which doubles as a fitness app allowing you to track everything from sleep quality, nutrition, weight and workout scores. If that wasn't enough, you'll also gain access to over 4million pre-programmed workouts which you can attack as often as you like and use the session planner not only to carry out our workouts but to record all the extra stuff you do in your own time!
