The Novice plan has the lowest weekly mileage  which could total 28km +/- per week depending on the phase. 

 

The Club plan has the middle ground weekly mileage  which could total 32km +/- per week depending on the phase.

The Senior plan has the highest weekly mileage  which could total 36km +/- per week depending on the phase.
